    Cheat foods

    How often can you cheat your diet, like pizza beer and chicken wings!!!

    I think the answer here is subjective; how dedicated are you? If you're one of those people who can revolve their entire lives around BB (like Arnold did for instance), then you may never cheat.

    For the average Joe, I think once a month is ok to have a full blown cheat day. I typically relax my diet on weekends, but I would never call it a cheat day (no pizza, junk food, etc) - I just don't bother counting calories, etc.

    I think it also depends on where you are in reaching your goal. If you're already there, maybe once a week is fine. If you're 100lbs overweight, that's probably not a good idea.

    I agree with what he said^

    I also "relax" on weekends, might allow myself to enjoy a small reasonable usually "off limits" snack, but make sure to not let anything get out of hand.

    i agree, but... My diet is about 80% right now, the other 20 is due to probley not eating at exactly the right times but.

    I get my daughter everyother weekend and its hard for me to order pizza for the kids and not just smash a med. for myself, lol plain cheese that is, so its not to bad right...

    And usually after a night like that, im up first thing in the morning doing 30-45 mins of cardio on an empty stomach.

    I usually do once a week aswell....i just had a meat pie from Power Pizza....lol....whey infused wheat bread with light tomato sauce low fat mozzarella and chicken, pepperoni,ham, sausage and bacon....damn it was good....

    Only you can answer that question for yourself. it varies for different people some can get away with quite a few cheat meals some people gain weight by looking at a burger, all depends on the individual

    I do 2 cheat meals a week, one on friday and saturday evening. and step the cardio at 5 times a week.

    I cheat bout once a week usualy on sunday but for only like one meal, but its sat and I haven't eatn reg pasta in a long time. I feel like I just ate 2500 cals in angel hair, meat sauce, and exrta, extra, extra, chickn, house salad w basalmic only, and half of roll. Non sweet tea. At Carinoes... MMMM oops! Ill work it off tho, I aint scared.

    My way of cheating is eating the same shit i eat during the week but im allowed to eat as much of it as i want of it but only on saturday nights and all sunday An maybe with a beer or two on the side with a meal lol

    I save my 1 cheat day for the weekends.I will just eat whatever I want on that day & then go right back to eating right the next day.

    I have always been partial to a cheat meal not a whole day. Usually Monday or Tuesday night was my cheat night. For example I would to applebees and had a 2 for 20 to myself.
    Boneless Buffalo Wings - Three Cheese Chicken Penne - Bacon Cheddar CHeeseburger.

    4400 calories in one meal hits the spot.
