You should be ok. Its too early to know if you have an infection. Always use clean needles and clean the injection spot and you should be ok.

An infection wouldnt show up in 5 min. Might be some kind of reaction to the alcohol in the cyp.

It's always safe to use a alcohol wipe on the top of the vial before each injection as well.

Wait 24 hours and see how you feel. Some people have mild grade fever after an injection and others have a red spot. If you the injection spot is red, hot, tender and you're running a low grade fever then it's a pretty good chance you have an infection.
