    5'11
    242lbs
    16%bf

    I am currently running test e at 750 a week and next week is week 7( test is real it was source checked). Before i started i was 230 now im 242. I see some weight gains but barely strength.

    I have run a sust cycle before at 500mg a week from a very trusted source that i source checked from vets on this board. The sust didnt work.

    Traing is good 2 days on 1 day off.
    Legs/Bicep
    Chest/Tricep
    off
    Back/calves
    Shoulders/Traps
    off
    repeat

    Nutrition
    4000-4500 cals a day all clean cal. All whole wheat pasta, brown rice, plain chicken, tuna, beef...

    Example breakfast:
    8eggwhites 2whole eggs
    2 slices of whole wheat toast
    1 cup oatmeal
    Fat free milk
    Protien shake while making breakfast

    Whats the deal guys is my gear underdosed or do i just need more test? I source checked it by 8 vets on this board and said it was legit. Im getting frustrated cause i feel i do everything by the book but all my dumb friends juice and dont eat right and they blow up and get so strong and i feel none of that and im using the same stuff.

    Test E can take 3-6 week to fully kick in. Maybe your a late bloomer. Im starting week 5 and havnt really seen any noticable strenth gains

    Genetics could be in play here. Some people are just hardgainers.

    22 yrs old, 5'11" and 242lbs with 14% bf??? Doesn't sound like a hard gainer to me.

    im 42 and on my first ever cycle of test e at 500 per week and 40 mg of dbol ed. it wasnt really until recently that i really started to notice a difference. strength gains are def. kicking in now. this coming tues. will be exactly 4 weeks. the test e hasnt really kicked in yet from what the Vets tell me. i cant wait until that kicks in.

    give it some more time bro. everyone reacts differently.

    21 5'11 242lbs at 14% BF... Hmm pics? I myself on the other hand at week 5 Test E and have tremendous strength gains.

    I would just stick with the 500 a week. How long is your cycle? Should be at least 10 weeks. Mine is 15 weeks.

    Well your up 12lbs so its doing something. How did you run the Sust last time that didnt work?

    verino, i totally feel your pain.

    im on my 4th week (first pin march 1st) and i getting so inpatient waiting fo the test to really kick in.
    i do notice more vigor and aggression in the gym but i really want it to kick in like the stories i hear about how ppl feel on test.

    im gonna tell you what everyone else on this board says a shit load of times (and i hate hearing it as much as everyone else)

    i cant wait for my second cycle as ill either frontload with prop or do a prop only cycle.

    If you are seeing weight gain I would say all is fine. Strength tends to occur late in cycle. This is why its so popular for people to add orals in early on. Really the only use of orals is strength gain, yes adrol and dbol add weight but its largely gone after stopping. Rome wasnt built in a day, this sorta stuff takes time bro. If every time you cycled you gained 15 lbs and added 40 lbs to your bench, then we would see one thousand pound guys that could bench 2000lbs walking around. The more your progress, the harder it becomes. Got to stick with it.

    I understand where your coming from but it will take me 7 weeks to feel it? i know i have put on 12 pounds but all the weight i push in the gym still feels heavy. I guess im just to impatient!

    Patience is the key and if you dont have that then run oral kickstarts in future cycles dbol adrol etc.

    i hate test.. imo its only good for keeping your winky up.. as for actual gains in generall.. it sucks bollocks..
    infact i noticed no diff in gains from 200mg/wk to 2gED... and im not the only one.. i have worked w/ and know MANY people who gain practically nothing from test.. but you give them a DHT or a nor group compound and they explode.. i myself am super respondent to nor's while some gain better from DHT's.. either way i wouldnt put alot of stock in test
