    My first cycle. What a freind...............

    Dont really know where to put this. I was just thinking about it. I guess around 5 or 6 years ago I met a guy who ran a U.G. lab. He was 6'5 350 and looked like a tree. He set me up to cycle. I thought he knew his shit. So after spending a arm and a leg I started my first cycle. Under his directions.

    10 weeks:
    Test E 250 week
    Test C 250 week
    Sust 250 week
    Deca 250 week
    EQ 300 week
    Primo 200 week
    A sandwich bag of d ball I ate like candy

    I gota say I lookd sick. No sides. I ate clean and did a lot of cardio daily. I was 6'1 245 and in the best shape of my life. I would work out for 3-4 hours a day. Sex 2-3 times a day. And was like the energizer bunny. Started hanging out with the guy and he had me out drinking every day till 4/5 in the morning and get up at 10am and lift. What a joke. I would be drunk at bars ripping doors off the wall. Started slacking twards the end. After the cycle was comming to a end I decided to take a week or so off to relax. What's that? PCT? Whats that? LOL. He didnt say anything about that. So those weeks turnd into months and I felt so bad I couldnt work out if you paid me. wose and worse I then turnd into the blob. 30+%BF and Fatter then ever. Took a long time to get back in the gym and get my diet right again. Boy was that such a screw up. Horrible first cycle, no pct, lost all motivation. Made it twice as hard for myself. I didnt own a computure at the time and didnt think to reseach since this guy ran his own lab. I would think he would want me to keep my gains and stay on track. Guess he just wanted money and a beer buddy. I been lifting for years on and off and back at the gym steady for a year and a half or so. From other peoples pics and members guesses I think Im 12-14%BF and weight 235Lbs. So I came back from a place I will never see again. Was curious if any one else had a crazy first cycle or bad experience like mine.

    dayammmm thanks for sharing that. You still made great gains getting drunk every night? I guess anabolics truly are powerful. Have you cycled since?

    Boy thats what you got out of that? It was stupid and ass backwards. I did everything wrong. For starters that cycle is way too much for a first cycle. I had great results but destroid myself drinking and slacking off. Followed by no PCT I became lathargic and in the end I did nothing but hurt myself. This is a example of what not to do. Although it was a big cycle for my first if I would have done it right, not drank, did proper PCT and stayd with it it would have been great and I cant imagine what I would look like today. After much research my training and diet are on and I will never make a mistake like that again. This is a lesson to do it right the first time.

    LOL. Thats good. Was my fault. No one put a gun to my head. But I was young dumb and full of cum. I put this up to show how I mess up. Dont flame me too bad I aint proud of it. Maybe someone will learn from it and not do the dumb shit I did.

    The amount of AAS you were on first cycle blows my mind. Yet every week there are kids doing this exact thing.

    Im good now I guess. After gaining all that weight and sitting on my ass it was one of the hardest things I ever did trying to start back again. I was over 300lb. Spent the last 3 or 4 years switching up with weight training & cardio, bike riding and boxing. The last year and a half or so I have been strictly weight training and running. Long hard fight to get where I am now. Wich I think Im right about where I left off before my fall off. Working out with about the same weights and weight around the same. After tons of researching and planning Im actually starting week 5 of my Test E, EQ and Mast cycle. I think Im around 12-13%BF just guessing from other peoples pics on here. I thought I was 17/18%bf. I guess it was the fat guy in me talking. But my abs say otherwise. Diet is on point and so am I. I might be a little too high for the Masteron but I got a good deal. I have seen simular BF have good results with it. No drinking and PCT in hand. Yea its been on my mind and I constantly see people want to do major first cycles and have no PCT and there diets sucks. I think I was lucky having no sides or problems on that cycle. Thanks for the words.
