    Help me cut DIET

    Hi guys. I want to cut for the summer and if it is possible someone to check my diet bellow.

    Current age: 23
    Current weigt: 230lbs

    From the online calculator I have around 2800 kcal breaking down in macros:
    300gr protein = 1200kcal
    150gr carb = 600kcal
    100gr fat = 900kcal

    Wake up:
    30gr whey Protein 22g Carb 1g Fat 1g

    Cardio

    1st Meal:
    75gr oats Protein 13g Carb 45g Fat 5,2
    10 egg whites Protein 40g
    2tbsp flax Fat 27.2

    Second Meal:
    200g Chicken Breast with Brokoli: Protein 46 Fat 2g
    250g Cream 20% Protein 5 Carb 5 Fat 50

    Training

    Dextrose 30g
    Maltodextrin 30g CARB 61G Fat 1G Protein 22g
    Whey 30g

    Meal 3
    75gr oats Protein 13 Carb 45 Fat 5.2

    Meal 4
    Chicken Breast Protein 46g Fat 2g

    Meal 5
    Chicken Breast Protein 46g Fat 2g

    Meal 6
    5 egg whites Protein 20g

    Meal 7
    200g Cottage chease Protein 34g carb 3.6 Fat 1g


    Total Protein 307g Carb 150.6 Fat 96.2


    That is the diet guys. Can you please comment on it. Should I move something, add something or it completely sucks?

    Maltodextrin 30g CARB 61G Fat 1G Protein 22gdo 2 scoops whey with water and 3/4 cup oats--drop the other stuff
    Whey 30g

    Meal 3
    75gr oats Protein 13 Carb 45 Fat 5.2add lean prtoein source

    Meal 4
    Chicken Breast Protein 46g Fat 2gadd complex carb 30-40gr

    Meal 5
    Chicken Breast Protein 46g Fat 2gadd complex carb 30-40gr

    Meal 6
    5 egg whites Protein 20gadd 3 whole eggs

    Meal 7
    200g Cottage chease Protein 34g carb 3.6 Fat 1gi would do casein shake with natty pb---or atleast add natty pb

    see bold---need to know ur tdee ---need to b at 40/40/20 split at about 500-600 cals back of tdee
