I'm 22, from blighty, been training for four years and reached my plateu, not the best genetics handed to me from my parents, my mother is quite short and robust and my father is average height but quite slight. However I was blessed with a natural v shape and thick legs (due to being a very overweight child)
My physical stats.
87 kilo's, pretty lean, couldnt tell you body fat as machines are not accurate but somewhere around 13%, 5'8 and a bit, well in proportion.
bench 150 kilos
squat 240 kilo
Dead 160 kilo (piss poor)
Good to get on here and check out some info, been flamed once or twice which was nice but hey s**t happens, will be starting a second cycle soon and will be posting up a log.
