    Shed off fat..

    I finished cycle ( bulking ) and want to shed some fat and see my Abs...I've been told to do abs and run on a empty stomach in the AM...BUT i will loose strength...is this true ?

    I know cutting you will loose strength but damn Gina i just got strong with what i do

    Well maximal strength and hypertrophy should be 2 totally different phases. Bodybuilding isnt about strength per se. If your goal is more physique-oriented, then you should not really worry about strength as much as you should worry about maintaining lean mass during a lean/cut phase.

    Chances are you will lose maximal strength but after you achieve your body comp goal... then you can work on strength from there.
