just wondering if anyone out there has ever used the old universial gym station machines. i have access to one called centurion (spelling??) it has a great leg raise, pull-up, and dipping stations. i also really like to use the bench press and leg press to change things up. the low cable also works great for preacher curls if you have access to a moveable preacher bench. i have seen a lot of photos in mike mentzer's books of he and ray using these types of machines.
