    Diet Questions

    I am around 5'9" and 185 lbs, around 11% body fat and I lift around 4 days a week. I have done a few cycles.

    I want to gain some lean mass and get down to around 10% bodyfat or less.

    Here is my current diet:

    1) 6 egg whites and either oatmeal or cheerios.
    2) protein bar.
    3) tuna wrap and salad.
    4) egg white, wheat, and veggie wrap.
    5) chicken sandwich, salad.
    6) casein protein shake.

    Any suggestions for improvements?

    What is your TDEE?

    You should also put in your macros, then the vets might be more willing to help you make some adjustments

    fill this out for ur food for a day and just move ur workout to wutever time u do it...
