well im new into this whole working out business.i started just drinking strictly water and its come to my attention that i dont think im replacing my electrolytes. should i drink gatorade r something like that to replace them?

Unless you are running a marathon water is fine.
nah no marathons for me..lol but i do play sports regularly, like basketball ,football , volleyball stuff like that
If your exercising for 3+ hours you'll need to drink something like that to avoid dehydration otherwise H2O is all you need!
