sick! that's some serious acne probs. if it happens often i have never even heard of anything close to that severe. looks like he just neglected shit as he got infected. im sure this can happen to anyone steroids or not. bad acne and poor hygiene

look guys i have had back acne so bad you would never believe it. a teenager in the locker-room asked me what happened??? i mean very bad but i showered, washed sheets, whatever just take care of yourself and that will not happen!
