ARR's liquid dex is 1mg/ml. The common dosage is .5-1mg eod.

im on cycle now been using 20 mg a day nolva for gyno signs i ran out and was able to get a dex the guy told me take one a day but from what iv been reading i should be able to take half. i couldnt get the a dex at the start.

adex generally comes in .25mg's per tab....I use it only when neccessary during cycle at any signs of gyno...and post cycle I use it as well....I'd go no more than .25 eod or even 2x a week during...but for me it works so good that I only use it for a day or two when my nipps feel weird.
