My research has told me that Clen is sort of the same stuff (sorry if that sounds like I haven't done my research but I have) and that stacking it with anavar is effective. My question would be what would you recommend for a dosage cycle?
On the ECA I'd take 325mg asprin, 24mg ephedrine, and 200mg of caffine at 7:30am, then the same dose minus the asprin at 11am and then at 3pm or so. I realize this is a strong dosage but I'm used to it. I don't feel any stimulant side effects that are uncomfortable and I'm aware that it can throw off sleeping patterns.
I was thinking 40 units clen at 7:30, then another 40 at 11am and then 40 once more at 3pm. I've done this for three days in a row and was pretty good with it, although the first day I did 20 units x3 a day and didn't feel anything at all, I'm assuming due to my tolerance from the ECA. I'm not taking the ECA and clen at the same time either, that would be a bad idea I know. I have liquid clen at the moment.
Then I'm taking 20mg anavar in the am and 20mg when I go to bed. Is this a good way of starting out on this stuff? Would it be better to bump up the anavar dosage from 40mg/day to 60mg/day? I know the opinions vary about once in the am or twice during the day but I think spacing them out is the best.
Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated!
