    Doggcrap

    I tried it before with great success and want to run it again but I am afraid of loosing muscle mass if I tried it is that possible

    Well....I think if it is pitbull crap you should be fine, poodle or some other foofoo dog crap might not give you the results you want.....lol

    Correct me if I am but isn't that the same as DC Training?

    I dont think you will loose any muscle unless you change your diet or stop lifting all together ......jmo

    why would you loose muscle if you're doing it correct? why would anyone do it to begin with if you lost muscle doing it...

    when I did it the first time I put on 6 or 7 lbs naturally so no I don't think you could lose weight doing it.

    I really like DC training, especially the strength gains.

    You shouldn't have problem if you follow the program as written, and don't try to change it around in stupid ways.

    Just eat big, and beat the log book everytime

    Dogg crap is an awsome way of training for sure, it gives the muscles alot of thickness/density.

    If you are gonna do it though, 4 days training a week is enough, you muscles need longer to recover from that sort of training.

    Also, with this sort of training, a partner is somtimes nesessary because you will be performing nagatives and forced reps etc.

    4 days a week??? I thought It was a Mon-wed-Fri routine outlines like this??

    Tri
    Back(width/thicknes)
    workout B
    Bi's/foreamrs
    Legs
    Calves

    4 days max, depends on the person, no routine is set in stone for anyone.


    This type of training does'nt appeal to me, i tried it for a while... i added some thickness, but i find high volume training works better for me.

    Guess you need to find what works best for your OWN body but certainly changing up routines is IMO a must. Personally I prefer DC to high volume. Everyone has their flavor
