    Finished first ever cycle

    I took 2 x 200mg Test E per week for 12 weeks.

    Strength gains: about 10-15% stronger than I was at the start of the cycle, almost all those gains coming in weeks 8-10.

    Size: 0%. I did not put on 1lb!

    Anyway...

    I DO want to try again... Two questions:

    1) How long should I wait?
    2) What should I try next? 3 x 200mg Test E?

    You cycled Enanthate for 12 weeks @ 400mg PW and didn't even gain a sinle lb?

    Yep, God's honest truth bro. I may have swapped a little body fat for muscle, but I doubt I even did that. I just got stronger.

    Definitely bunk test. Even with a crap diet you'd still at least gain some type of weight weather it'd be straight water or actual muscle mass. Consider another source on your next cycle.

    Agreed, either your diet sucks or test was fake.

    I did feel one of the vials was "off", that's for sure - maybe they all were?

    If I took 3 x 200mg per week, what sort of %age gains do you think are "reasonable" to expect?

    Definitely aching testicles early in the cycle. Some very nipple soreness. I guess this points to the Test being real?

    It'll vary from user to user but generally @ that dosage, say you running a 12 week program expect anywhere from 10-15lbs at the very least. Considering you have a spot on diet. This weight won't all be muscle mass though, so don't get what you gain confused. I'd kick it off with Dbol next time as well.

    Aching testicles? Any testicle atrophy? Them pulling up? If your nipples where actually sore you where borderline gyno. I would NOT risk upping the test or you may be lactating soon.

    Sounds like you need to work on the diet.

    Your batch could have just been under dosed. Next time consider stacking with an Anti-E or AI.

    Well, I'm not claiming to have a spot on diet, in fact, from what I'm sensing here, I probably have a pretty crappy one.

    But yeah, I would have taken dbol too but I couldn't get any, so I just went with what I could get - test e.

    Wow, so you stay don't go beyond 2 x 200mg per week?

    And yeah, diet seems to be the key - I'm 44.

    You realize you need to be eating 6+ times a day and for gaining size you need 1.5 - 2 grams of protein to each lbs you weigh.

    OK good you are not a kid. LOL Did you notice any libido increase? That should have been a big deal about 3 or 4 weeks into cycle and constant throughout.

    A kickstart isn't a necessity, you'll still get some wicked gains from Enanthate alone.

    If you think you have a crappy diet, then you do. Perfect your nutrition first, then look into cycling again.

    I can get nolva fairly easily, but not clomi. I thought you were just meant to take these AFTERWARDS, for PCT - not during. Have I misunderstood something?

    Yep, I do realize all that and DO do it all too - sounds like I need to do even MORE though. Edit here: I can probably state I am a "hard gainer" and in general, DO find it hard to put on weight.

    WRT libido, I noticed no change whatsoever.

    From what you've stated above it sounds like Gyno was slightly starting to kick in a bit. To prevent this I'd look into cycling an AI along side your Test. I like using Exemestane @ 12.5mg daily during cycle. Arimidex is another decent one as well.

    FAKE test. What ever it was it was causing some sides but it was not test.

    Definitely fake test. Even if your diet wasnt up to par you should have still have gained 10-15 lbs. There is no way you can take test for the first time and not gain anything, its impossible.

    yah, fake for sure. a virgin cycle of 4-500/wk of real gear would have shown some serious results and by week 5ish you should have been a walking hard-on. Even when Im down on 250/wk the libido is overactive.

    Yep,
    Sadly even if you had a decent diet, You would have gained a pound.

    I think bunk test is the only explanation.
