Hey guys I have been checking out these forums for several days and have been trying to do as much research as possible. I am looking at buying some ar-r clen but i'm not really sure how much I would need and how much of a dose I would need to take. Like I said I am a total newbie when it comes to this, clen will be my first time ever doing this stuff.
I am 18 yrs old and weigh 240, I am 6'1" and my BF% is roughly 25% =/
I eat pretty good imo, 6-8 meals a day depending on my school schedule.
Meal 1: 1/4 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tbs of peanut butter, 3 tbs of splenda <-- my oatmeal, 1 banana, and a protein shake (2 scoops of ON Whey protein, and 12 oz. of milk.)
Meal 2: 4 oz. of chicken and 1/2 cup of rice
Meal 3: " "
Meal 4: " "
Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken or 6 oz. of fish and 1 cup of veggies
Meal 6: Post workout meal (2 pieces of white bread, banana, 8oz. of 100% apple juice, protein shake, <--same as breakfast)
Meal 7: 6 oz. of beef and 2 eggs and 4 egg whites (dont know if it makes a difference but i usually just drink the eggs.)
Meal 8: protein shake (1 scoop of ON Casein protein) 1 tbs of peanut butter.
Now this meal plan is what I am on as of right now, which I am trying to cut down, it is around 2800 calories. I am doing cardio (HIIT before workout, my trainer strongly believes in the anabolic window so no cardio after our workout). I am also taking some supplements; T-bomb, ON Men's One a Day multi vitamin, and fish oil along with my protein and Jack3d. I am wanting to add clen to really help me get cut up like a mother f*****. I would love some advice from some vets who have taken clen before and might know how to set up a dosing plan for me. I am totally open to suggestions and constructive criticism.
