Creatine ethyl ester is the worst creatine you can take. Monohydrate is the only creatine you should consider if you are going to take it. Honestly you do not need it on var. I think it will take away from your lean gains (bloat).
Ive heard creatine hydrochloride is the new thing...try that
Just cause it's new doesn't mean its necessarily better. Creatine monohydrate has TONS of actual published research articles showing its effectiveness. If you want to read them just go to pubmed. I would personally go with something that is proven to work.
true...there isnt much if anything on Creatine HCL... im just a sucker for trends
you never know though... there could be some research that says its better
I tried kre-alkilyn and did not get bloated at all.....jmo...
