    Starting a Ketogenic Diet

    So ive been reading alot about ketogenic diets and i think im going to start one monday. But i was wondering if they would work while doing jiu jitsu instead of weightlifting? Im doing bjj/mma for 2 hours straight four times a week. Also what besides broccolli works well as a carb during the week?

    well my training is very high intensity and i do bag work and im on a CKD....but i feel better on using fats vs crabs......but some people can not have the same intensity without the carbs......why not try it and find out how you react.....any green leafy veg you can use........also any carb aslong as it fits into your chosen grams per day (i always get abit milk and a half wrap in) and still stay under 40 a day..
