If you do you might want to try High Intensity Intervals. If you try steady state cardio you won't be able to burn through the food you just ate in order to get to the fat you want to burn.

Second that, will take alot longer time to burn through your glycogen stores and start burning fat....

Whats the difference between cardio after dinner and cardio after any other meal? Glycogen stores? Can you explain a little more in depth.

Is it possible to fit your cardio in before dinner? If you have to do it afterwards as opposed to not being able to fit it in at all, you need to give yourself time to let your food digest a little or you might start to feel sick trying to do high intensity cardio with a stomach full of food.

I was going to address this but didnt feel like I had the energy tonight to give it a full once over. In short, you dont have to be glycogen depleted to burn bodyfat.

Just a thought. Wouldn't it also depend on what the OP is actually eating for dinner?

    High carb or low carb?

What you eat pre workout makes a difference no matter what time of day. He should plan for the workout.
