No offense, but I don't see much muscle at all - so I would say bulk, without a doubt. Do you have any pics before you started the cut?
That said, the bodyfat is probably around 14%-15%.
Not tryin to put you down bro, just being honest. What are your stats, and how long have you been working out?

hard to tell from that pic but i give you 16-17%.i would keep cutting to 10% then bulk.you should not have to lose muscle to get to 10.make sure you have a good meal plan.
the weird thing is that ur bf% looks lower when you were at 205 then on ur first pic! Your losing way to much muscle along with fat so I would suggest to work on ur diet and not jump on any gear anytime soon just like I told you on your last thread. Goodluck.
to many people worry about cutting and bulking.
why not just train and try to add good quality lean muscle.
find a good diet, train ur ass off and build a solid quality base. i really dont agree with the bulk then cut then bulk then cut again....
u need to work the diet and train harder...u should not be worried about bulking or cutting yet.
My advice is cut down to a respectable bf % around 10% (its not hard). Then always stay on a lean bulk. Adjust diet and macros to stay around that 10% mark well adding lean muscle.
The sooner you forget the cut/bulk philosphy the better off you will be. The only time you should "cut" is if your prepping for a show/shoot (if those are your goals).
Otherwise its always a body recomp/lean bulk.
Ya, my goals are to compete a little and be a fitness model. It just sucks right now because everyones been telling me that I look skinny, that friggin kills! lol So, on one hand I feel like if I lean bulk, I might even lose more fat because of all the muscle I'll be gaining.
Wow, it looks like you lost a ton of muscle during your cut. You should post up your diet in the diet section ASAP - you clearly need a revamp. How many calories were you eating per day during your bulk? What about during the cut?
