I know it's been proven anabolic recently, but will a Tongkat Ali 100:1 supplement dosed at 1300 mg's ed, cycled 7 days on 4 days off actually do much of anything? or would i be better off not bothering
even minimal gains are okay in my books as im in between actual cycles for the next 3 months
