I know that pretty much everything in life is about opinions, but, I would like to read some of those, or else, I wouldn't be posting this thread.
I've been following a low carb/high protein/moderate fat diet for 5 weeks. I started at 171 with 20% body fat. I have dropped 10 pounds and currently weigh 161 with 17% body fat.
I tried to start a Targeted Ketogenic Diet this week, since I tried this last year and I saw great results. Basically I'm eating carbs only at breakfast (around 20g), then go to TRAIN and use a PWO shake with only 48g protein/8g carbs. The rest of the day is meat/veggies and a casein shake before bed with flax seed oil.
I started a cycle of Test. Propionate/Winstrol yesterday. What should I expect? Do i need to up my carbs for this cycle or is it ok to do Keto since the anabolics take care of my mass??
I plan to shoot 100mg EOD and am using 25mg of Winny per day. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
