    Is it ok to do a Keto diet while on cycle?

    I know that pretty much everything in life is about opinions, but, I would like to read some of those, or else, I wouldn't be posting this thread.

    I've been following a low carb/high protein/moderate fat diet for 5 weeks. I started at 171 with 20% body fat. I have dropped 10 pounds and currently weigh 161 with 17% body fat.

    I tried to start a Targeted Ketogenic Diet this week, since I tried this last year and I saw great results. Basically I'm eating carbs only at breakfast (around 20g), then go to TRAIN and use a PWO shake with only 48g protein/8g carbs. The rest of the day is meat/veggies and a casein shake before bed with flax seed oil.

    I started a cycle of Test. Propionate/Winstrol yesterday. What should I expect? Do i need to up my carbs for this cycle or is it ok to do Keto since the anabolics take care of my mass??

    I plan to shoot 100mg EOD and am using 25mg of Winny per day. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

    Its ok. Dont expect to get big tho. A few users tend to take test prop on its own with this diet incase of any muscle loss. Try adding 75mg Tren ace shot EOD for a dry hard look (reported to have a fatloss properties also). End result will be fantastic.

    Thank you for your motivational words. I've been worrying about the quality of my Test. Prop, but I will talk about that in the proper forum. I didn't use Trenbolone because I honestly don't feel too confident about using such a strong compound just yet.

    When you say I shouldn't expect to get big, how many pounds do you think I would gain? I would be happy if I just gain between 5-10 pounds of dry hard muscle. I have lots of body fat in my middle area... Let me see if I can upload some pictures.

    The main thing that's gonna happen is that you will not loose so much muscle mass while on the prop. Which is hard to avoid while on a strict diet. Don't expect
    huge gains on the size department. Now as far as looks you should see a significant improvement. Your bf% is higher than ideal to do a cycle so keep an eye out for side effects. Have you ever cycled before?

    By your first sentence, it seems like I would still lose "some" muscle mass, which sucks big time, considering I'm planning to add at least 5 pounds of muscle. I did a cycle of Test. Enanthate last year while on a low carb diet(stupidity, since Enanthate aromatizes much more and the worse fact is that I didin't use any anti-E), and went from 146 at 12% to 161 at 14% (Yes, that sounds very weird).

    What kind of side effects can I have by having a higher BF%?
