    well i havent used any gear or sups in over a year i'm at 205 around 12-14%bf like everyone on this site i would like to gain and become as freaky as possible i dont have any recent pics i will try to take some soon still learning about this site thanks for the compliments guys

    What gear/supplements did you use 1 year ago? (just some background info so we can create a cycle that is suitable for you...)

    In any case, a basic testosterone + oral stack should put some quality mass on you.

    Clearly you know how to diet already..

    to be honest i have tried so many different things i dont know what was worth it at that time i was on sustonon, trin, deca i had no clue what i was doing as far as gear. i have never done pct before. a friend of mine suggested things and i tried them wasting alot of time and money in the prosses thats why i'm here now.2 years ago i tried slin 8 ius every morning for 2 months stacked with hgh didnt really notice and change besides eating alot more my source turned out to be a dirty rat @#$@%$ sold me a lot of fake gear i cought him by taking 3cc of sustonon every other day for 2 weeks nothing happened no side effects no gains nothing but i got that all cleared up i have the opportunity to get high quality aas just need the knowledge want to make sure i do it right this time

    Ok. Well why don't we try a more educated approach to cycling then? I'm glad your here, and am willing to help.

    As previously stated, IMO if you want a mass bulking cycle try perhaps Test-E + Anadrol (weeks 1 - 4).

    If you haven't cycled in over a year you should blow up off that.

    This time around you must do a PCT though. It will consist of 2 SERMS: nolvadex + clomid.

    That will allow you to keep much more of your gains post cycle

    is that a blast cycle or a short cycle my work out partner turned me on to this sight. he is trying to get me to do a blast cycle its test p with dbal i think for weeks on pct 4 weeks nothing for 2 weeks and then another for weeks is this something new i have been told you dont gain as much but at the same time you dont lose much either do to not being off for months

    If you can handle short esters then yes, I am a huge advocate of short/burst cycles. IMO it's much easier to keep gains..

    You could try something like this:

    Test-Prop (weeks 1 - 6) @ 75mg/ed (each day)
    Anadrol (weeks 1 - 5) @ 100mg/ed

    Then 3 days after your last injection of prop you could start the PCT:

    Nolva @ 40/40/20/20
    Clomid @ 100/75/50/25

    by handle them do you mean having to pin every other day ? and i'm 205 now what does do you think would be appropriate does it matter or is the 75mg porp and 100mg still sufficient

    oh i forgot to ask about priming i was told to prime diet for 4-6 weeks before i start the blast is this necessary if so how do i research the info or is there a thread on it

    Ideally with short esters you should be pinning yourself EACH DAY.

    You can go EOD if you want... I'm not a huge fan though.

    75-100mg/ed of prop would produce some wicked gains within 6 weeks. Especially if stacked.
