    comp diet

    hello,

previously posted this in comp section.

    29yrs old, 6ft, 17.2 stone down from 18.5. bf? 16%

i have my first competition coming up in mid july. I have been steadily losing weight (hopefully just fat) for the past 2 months using this diet,

    7am
    30g of oats+6 whole eggs

    10am
40g whey protein mixed with water+1gram cod liver oil

    12.30pm
    chicken breast+salad+1gram cod liver oil

    3pm
    same as 10am+apple

    6pm
    chicken breast+veg+30g rice

    10pm
    pwo shake+banana

    11.30pm
    300g cottage cheese

    totals protein=230grams carbs=around 150-200grams fats=50grams
also included is a multi vit and 1 gram of vit c and ephedrine

    does this look ok?

im thinking i will need to add more protein as i get nearer the comp and drop carbs further!

    many thanks in advance

Wow man 16% down to 5-7 for July, while keeping muslce mass. Good luck man, and stage competitors are at around 3-5. I would try an ECA stack, 3 times a day, burn more fat. But cycle it two weeks on two off. It will help!!!!

yeah do that, but i would also bring up the fats aswell, EFA's

Your goal isnt very realistic, it will be hard to shed all that fat ready for july, you dont want to lose all your muscle.

i would think at 12 weeks out your bf% needs to be lower ???

good luck though, i hope you succeed.

like i said in your other thread doesnt look good at all for a competition diet, id lose the banana with your PWO meal and substitute with EVOO or Udos or fish etc.......as for the rest wait on the experts coming in mate....

    thanks for the replys guys!

so i will up my fats, and drop carbs further. to be honest im not sure if im 16%. its a guess. but i have alot of work to do. i take ephedrine and caffine together twice a day.
i do a fast walk for half an hour at lunch and my training at night for 1hr 20mins. so far my fat is coming off with this setup. its just knowing how far you can push yourself before you start buring muscle!

also its a novice competition for first time competitors so hopefully it wont be full of monsters.
time to step it up me thinks!
