mon = Legs 30mins cardio
tues = Circuit
wed = Chest,shoulders,tris 10mins cardio
thurs = Circuit
fri = Back/bis 10 mins cardio
sat = 20 mins cardio 3 rounds of skipping circuit
sun = 0ff
tell me what you think?
or if you feel it could be fitted somewere better?
