Please don't tell me you're going to run around shooting cats. Have some decency, shoot a human.

I don't know about killing it, but it will light a fire under its ass.

Shot my wife in the leg with the pistol style from about 10 feet. Left a golfball sized bruise, thru her jeans. Needless to say, I didn't get any that night.

depends on where you hit it, the head or neck could pose a problem...

Airsoft bb's are hollow and plastic. Not much punch behind them. A couple body shots won't kill the cat...good for scaring them off, though.

    Water guns work well, too.

A good .22 pellet rifle would suit your needs better.

Our neighbor is the "cat lady" from hell. No one knows for sure how many she has. Most are indoor cats but she had this one that would just sit on the opposite side of my backyard fence and tease my dogs relentlessly. My dogs wore the grass along the fence running back and forth so much.

So, I borrowed one of those live traps and caught the cat along side my house. Then I brought it way out to the countryside and let it go. I think a humane way to do it.....they can live outside by themselves, right?

I really don't care, it isn't causing my dogs grief, that's whats important.

    450 ft/sec
yeah, depending on the range you're likely to do some serious harm
anything over 300 and you can kill a bird

at the very least the cat will be very very unhappy

I've seen many 3 legged cats
I've always wanted to cut 3 legs off and leave the cat with one leg only

    is that wrong?

I have a neighbor with well over 20 cats and another with atleast 10. So far I have thrown atleast 15 in the levee after they dared to enter my back yard. My dog hates small animals.
