well its my first hemorrhoid and it doesn't hurt right now but it is annoying. I asked my friends father who is a surgeon and he told me not to do any lifting at all and no running for 2 weeks!

As of right now im listening to the surgeon and not doing anything.. so i decided to ask you guys so i could hear maybe more of what i want to hear. what do you guys think?

its only been one day and i miss it already. i wanna get back in there!

don't push it. Eat lots of fibre to make everything move easy and follow the docs advice. It has been 30 years and i still remember the misery...wish i would have listened then.

Funny I should find this thread, Last saturday I woke up with a painful spot on my butthole, turned out it was a hemerrhoid.

For the past 3 days this is what I've been doing and my hemerrhoid has shrunken almost to nonexistent by this afternoon, I cannot really feel it anymore unless I search around for it with my fingers lol.

-I took 3-4 hott baths a day (hott hott) I let the hemerrhoid soak for a good 15-20 min.
-I ate big bowls of spinach leaves and lettuce with every meal of the day.
-I applied preparation h at least 5 times a day.
-Got a bit of exercise, walking light jogging.

the baths reduce pain and swelling, the spinach leaves and lettuce are a stool softener making it easy to crap lol. And the perparation h does what it says reduces hemerrhoids.

A thrombosed hemerrhoid like mine is sort of like a blood clot, the veins around the anus are kind of mangled together and blood is clotted there causing the hemerrhoid, walking and light jogging can increase blood flow which will aid in reducing the hemerrhoid, at least it did mine.

I noticed the first day I laid around and did nothing and the next day it had no improvement, the next day came around and I had to go to work. By the end of my work shift I could tell the hemerrhoid was doing a bit better! So walking around and moving (getting my blood moving helped it)

follow some of these tips, this was my first hemerrhoid and it was painful and annoying at first but with the right steps you can get rid of it fairly easy!

Haha OK cool. I've noticed a change with prep h but havent been soaking so I will try that. I really only had mild discomfort the first day and nothing now but its still there. I hope it will go away soon so I can get back into it. Thanks for the reply since I found nothing but copy and paste through google. How many days did it take to heal?

Hemorrhoids are a discomfortable disease which can make your defecation really painful, but it can be cured easily using various treatment options. Mild hemorrhoids need not to take any medicines; it can be cured by natural medications. Natural methods for curing Hemorrhoids may avoid most of your sacrifices for mild Hemorrhoids.

I blame my last sust cycle for my hemmers. Took me a couple of weeks to understand why my ass was bloody/itchy as its not a topic i felt like bringing up with anyone, just thought it would go away.

Hot baths or even sitz baths are absolutely priceless knowledge when dealing with hemmers. Followed by a change in diet and prep H and the externals are no more.

I must say......BULKING with Hemmers and having to shit at least once daily could possibly be the worst experience ive ever had.

Yeah I has a problem 20 years ago and the sitz baths are the key, you can get them as little plastic bowls that sit on the toilet and have a little hose that connects to the faucet. This allows you to tricke in hot water (the overflow runs into the toilet) to maintain temperature. The problem with using a bathtub, if you even have access to one, is that if the water is hot enough for you hemmis it will be way to hot to soak in, this is why the sitz bath works so well.
