ive been of my comp diet for bout 2 weeks now
8kgs heavier. for the last 5 or so days my lower back has been getting pumped and tight... painfully and uncomfortably tight... its getting pumped just sitting here typing...
it started when i trained hammies, SLDLs were brutal... that was about the 5 days ago
but hasnt really gone away. the worst was an hour long drive, the pump/pain became a burn type feeling... and my lower back actually went numb, the skin anyway...
and when my GF touched my lower back she was shocked as it was "all weird"
i trained legs the following day and u can imagine how that went... i had lay on the ground between sets, to let the pump subside from my back
how can i remedy this? do u think i need to see a physio or chiro? im worried about injuring myself
