Hey guys, so i have been on a cutting diet for about a month now, and i have been doing good, slowly loosing weight, wish it was faster, but it isnt. The thing is, when should i bump up my cals to take in more, right now, based on my BME and TDEE, i should be taking in around 2700 cals.
I got a question, how much weight should i be loosing on average per week? My BMR is 2021 and TDEE is 3271....minus 500 for cutting, im at 2751....i am taking in a 40% protein/ 30%carbs/ 30%fat diet, i wanna keep the carbs lower, not to active during the day, i work out 5 days aweek, rather intensely, both lifting then cardio. I burn on average 800-1100 cals per workout, so i feel i should be loosing more weight quicker but i am not
should i maybe be adjusting my macros at all to take in less carbs? less fat? more protein? im still kind of new at all this so i could use the help...
what do you guys think? thanks!
