A friend and I were throwing around some ideas for a cutting cycle work-out rountine tonight so I thought I'd post it and see what you guys have to say. Diet will be in check...And yes we will be chemicaly enhanced![]()
Please give me your comments, suggestions, and ideas.

Rotation:
Week 1: Mon=Chest/Back Tues=Shoulders Wed=legs Thurs=Bi/Tri Fri=Shoulders
Week 2: Mon=Chest/Back Tues=Shoulders Wed=legs Thur=B/T Fri=Chest
Week 3: Mon=Chest/Back Tues=Shoulders Wed=legs Thur=B/T Fri=Back
Week 4: Mon=Chest/Back Tues=Bi/Tri Wed=legs Thur=Shoulders Fri=B/T
This continues for three months with fours sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 reps. Abs twice a week, and cardio 4-5 times a week. Might do some cardio on Saturdays but Sundays will be a total rest day.

Standing curls + Tri pushdowns
Preachers + Skull Crushers
Tricep Ext with Rope + Concentration Curls
Incline Curls + Kneeling Rope Ext
Legs:
Squats
Leg extentions superset w/ legs curls
Leg press
Seated calf
Standing calf
