Well you didn't really ask any questions.....

Based on your weight/height/bodyfat ... and assuming that you are measuring correctly....yeah you can expect to gain up to 30lbs if you run a long cycle with everything in check.

I don't know what to say besides that i would rather run test prop since you are already very lean. Already being lean and staying lean on an aggressive cycle is a good feeling.

You didn't really ask about dosage but I tend to recommend a good amount more test than most people on test-driven cycles. I also suggest longer cycles to new people.... just my thing. 600mg/week of prop ballpark should do a lot . I would suggest more if you weighed more and were taller.

You're way too young to cycle, bro.

You have tons of natural test that you should use to your advantage.

how did you measure your bf?

If you haven't been training (weights) then you need to get back into the gym and start hitting the weights hard first, to strengthen your muscles/tendons and so prevent injury.

Sorry, but no way you will gain 30lbs. Well, you may. But it won't be muscle. No one gains 30lbs of muscle in one cycle, or else we'd all be pros. And really, who want 5-10lbs of muscle, and 20+ lbs of fat and water.

So many things wrong here, and I completey disagree with the advice you got above.

Zane, why would you recommend a 150lb 21 yr old to commit to any cycle?

And, you recommend a test prop cycle to boot?!? Not good advise.....

I hate bloat. Just sayin'. It's a tell-tale sign of juicing. Even when i was starting and kinda skinnier and running test e/c, the water retention was ridiculous. I blew up and a lot of people started to ask questions... Anti-Es helped me a little but even a 500mg/wk test cycle would make me look terrible. Yes sodium etc was in check. I was a non-muscular bag of water.

Like many people, prop gives me almost no bloat. I feel much more comfortable on cycle because I'm under much less scrutiny. Being lean is a great feeling and even though Test E makes me put on water weight rather than actual fat, I still get a little discouraged.

Take some adex, it does wonders for the bloat.

But advising anyone to pin what should be ED on prop is very difficult to start with. More mature guys who have run several cycles often have difficulty pinning ED.

This guy hasn't even been weight training recently. He needs to spend a lot of time training and learning to lift properly.

I'm surprised how many guys in their 20s are cycling... I'm 37 and have been training naturally for over 10 years consistently and 20 years off and on... the only reason why I'm researching and will do a cycle this summer is because my body isn't recovering as quickly now and bjj/mma are rough sports, so many people use in my sport, and it's not really fair to older guys that don't use. Everyone is looking for an edge.

I think it's silly that a 21 year old would be looking to do any steroids. Get your diet in order and train properly and you'll be all set.
