on average, how much should i be looisng on this cutting diet?

hey whats up, i have been doing this cutting diet for a month or so now, and i just wanted to know on average WHAT should i be loosing pound wise per week. From what i can see, i am moving at the rate of a snail stuck in molasses (loosing weight really slow) i mean, i have been stuck at 212 pounds for like 4 days, doesnt make sense....i should be loosing at LEAST 1-2 pounds a week? i mean, i am eating very clean, 6-7 meals a day, getting in about 2700 cals per day, 40% protein/ 30% carbs/ 30% fats, i have all the macros figured out, and i do cardio 5 days a week for 45 mins burning 800-1100 cals a workout. I should be dropping weight faster shouldn't i? can you guys tell me if i am maybe doing something wrong, as i am growing quite tired on seeing such miinmal results from busting my ass day in and day out here!!

bf% 17-18% BMR 2021, TDEE 3217.....cutting down to 2717cals/day. Been eating that amount since starting diet? possible change, lower cals? up cals? help lol.......

bro i had the same problem when i first started dieting. In the begining ur body is still adjusting to the new diet and its completely normal to see some fluctuations with ur weight on the scale. But trust me just give it some time , the fat will melt off.

you know its like the most frustrating thing though...i bust my ass, cooking all this shit and wokring out like an animal, i step on the scale the morning after, and i am like .5 pounds lighter, or i break even.....i just want to get maybe an idea of how much i SHOULD be loosing, maybe i do need adjustements in my diet? i know that after awhile, you should either increase or decrease your cals based on how your progress is going, thats is my concern i guess, sorry to be a pain in the ass lol, but i just am new to all this to, so i want to make sure i am doing it perfectly to get the right results.

dont get me wrong, i am seeing results, def got more definition and tone since i started over 2 months ago the weight loss is evident in my cloths, i had to buy all new stuff, i used to take 40 waist, sometimes 38, now i am in 36 jeans, and actually picked up some shorts 34inch waist!!! i never been at 34 inch my whole life (well at least adult life)

There you go a 34 waist down from a 40....& you are asking for advice.LOL...I think you are doing great just keep up what you are doing & you would see the results your looking for sooner then you think.

As for question on how much you should be losing a wk...I am pretty sure its 1-2 pounds a wk!!!!!!
