I am 187 lbs, 16% BF
5'9
I am coming off a cycle and am feeling a little fat.
I want to Maintain as much muscle as possible and cut down on my fat.
I will be starting a diet from scratch.
What should my Carb/protein/Calorie etc Numbers be at based on my height and weight to do what I want to do. Then I can build a diet around that.
