    Coming off Prop Cycle

    Hey All,

    I am 187 lbs, 16% BF
    5'9

    I am coming off a cycle and am feeling a little fat.

    I want to Maintain as much muscle as possible and cut down on my fat.

    I will be starting a diet from scratch.


    What should my Carb/protein/Calorie etc Numbers be at based on my height and weight to do what I want to do. Then I can build a diet around that.

    Total for the day: 2261 calories, 272g protein, 138 carbs, 51g fat

    are these numbers close?

    You might want more calories to help keep the gains. Are you trying to cut the gut off or are you trying to keep gains? How did the cycle go? just curious

    i would need to have more info to answer that. but i really like you you broke up your macronutrients. I'd say add another meal and try to get a little more fat. your body needs goods fats and protein to build anything new ie: skin, muscle, hair, nails, etc. if you do cut anything out, lower your carb intake

    Cycle was pretty good.
    I did my best to do a lean bulk, but my skin is tight everywhere but my ab area/
    I want to keep my gains and cut the gut

    The problem with putting yourself in a caloric deficit straight after the cycle is that your body will have an even harder time keeping on to the muscle gained than it already has until your natural test is up to normal.

    I would wait with the diet until you're done with the PCT.
