Had to take two months off from the gym to move, remodel our new house, and move into the new place. Oddly enough, taking the time off, while it was a little long, seemed to be good for my body. Here are some pics after only working out for three weeks post-layoff. Iwas worried I would lose a lot of mass, but I only lost about .25" off my arms, and maybe .25" from chest/legs.
