hey all, Im 25yrs.old 211lbs 5'11" about 20% bf.
I've been letting myself go for a while i was 176 while playing football and went up to 225(Thanx to my italian fiance LOL). I think it is time to get back into shape. So i've been back trainning for 2 1/2 weeks and lost 14lbs. with no supplements and also been eating very healthy with a stict diet. Been following some diets from the diet forums and also following some work out routines. Not really ready to do a cycle as i want to learn more and get a decent base naturally.
Also getting married this october and my goal is to be in the 10-15% bf range.
Hope to get to alot of knowledge and seems like this is the best place to get it... i tend not to post alot but rather read more and educate myself.
