    Looking for little advice

Alright im trying to cut in for a holiday its 6 weeks away im currently sitting at
210lbs and 10.4% bf im looking to try hit 8!

    my questions are

    1. can i afford to have a cheat meal?
    2. can i drink sugar free fizzy drinks?
    3. im using the sweet potato diet basically porridge in the morn with eggs 5-6 1 yolk some peper for flavour then through out day chicken/beef/tuna(enough to hit between 25-30g protein) and 100g sweet potato every 2hrs, some phd diet whey post workout(whey with green tea and cla in it) last carbs intake 6-7pm now on this its quite strict but ive been trying to eat 3-4 bits of fruit throughout the day is this a good idea?
    4. i very often wake up at 3-4 in the morn for a piss and take a whey protein shake is this a good idea?

im also currently on test e, anavar and just added winny for the last 6 weeks

weight training5 times a week to intensify ive made sure i hit 10 reps and do an extra set for most so 5x10 nearly all exercises
cardio 20 mins after every session interval training
also 2 days on 2 days off from tommorow i will be doing an hour off intense cardio sprints, interval, skipping

any hints tips criticism appreciated thanks

ps late here so gonna hit kip ill get back to ya tommorrow cheers

not a pro but just re-stating what some others on here have said...in the middle of the night a casien protein shake would be better than the whey shake. Also drop the fruit since it is mostly sugar. last carbs of the day should be your pwo nutrition. how many grams of carbs are you getting daily?
