im 24 yo 6'3 and 300 pounds.....
i lifted for about a year not as dedicated as i was when i was in highschool...
i lifted from 16 to about 19 graduated and got fat..... then started back up a year from now but got back to the routine for the last three months hard. i didnt really diet right but ate clean and lost 35 pounds from bout 335 or so in the three months...
i got a few friends and family that are on some gear and was thinkin of doing the same.... ive done a cycle at 18 and decided to stop cuz my mom found out but thats another story....lol
but now im here trying to get a little more knowledge about this stuff....and hopefully become what i want.......and oh yea is deca and sus a good stack for a person my size.....with a 29% bodyfat
