I think you are around 8-9%, exactly how I want to look.
A lot of young guys these days aspire to have a small chisled physique. I can understand wanting to be ripped, but not a 99lb weakling. Since I was young, I've wanted to look powerful, not like I would blow away in a stiff wind.
And to top it off, they think they need AAS to look this way????
First of all, I meant I wanted to be at 8-9%, not have his actual physique. Of course, this forum has changed a lot since I first entered here. Too many guys with huge egos thinking they are bodybuilding gurus, when they themselves struggle for gains even with lots of steroid use.
Too many people wanting to second other people's opinions without even trying to get deeper into reasoning. I think his abs look nice, and I don't care about how much mass he has, his abs look decent and have good shape.
Anyway, I honestly would like to be 180 pounds with 8-9% at most. To each their own.
I'll tell you what concerns me. I have no problem with your goal, or even if it was to be 140 lbs at 7-8%. That's your goal, none of my business or concern. I have completely different goals and aspirations, and those are of only my concern.
I do have a problem when young men resort to chemical use when they haven't even gotten the basics of diet and training down. Gaining muscle is NOT easy with the use of AAS. You still have to train hard and diet properly. And, you can easily lose your gains if you don't continue to train and eat right. That's what I told you in your thread and you didn't want to hear it. You may not see it this way, but Im giving you the advice I think you need to hear. You don't have to listen or heed, but I'm still going to try.
Sports... 140lbs at 8-9% would be amazing... Even 6-7% for your peek event. Some have different goals.
The first sentences of your post simply contradict what you did in this thread. You came out of nowhere, just to put a non-necessary "bashing" type of opinion, which I din't request. It seemed like stalking.
What really concerns me is that when I did my thread, I just wanted some feedback for some side effects I was getting from my cycle, and you (and others) simply deviated from my original post and started to hijack the thread only talking about how I needed to go to the basics, and on and on. THis is not the first time I've seen this. You guys do it all the time with other people too. When I tried to take "your advice" then, you gave NONE, only said my diet was "horrible", which is outrageous to say the least, since my diet is probably better than most people in my gym. THat doesn't mean, of course, that I have a PRO diet, or even a GREAT diet for that matter. It certainly is not HORRIBLE. I could even accept the term "above average".
If you see the date I started on this forum, it says 2003. I barely surpass 100 posts, you know why? Because I only like this forum a lot for it's educational threads and lots of info. I don't post here too much, I love to READ. THe fact that I"m currenlty weighing 161 doesn't mean I don't have my diet and training in check. I started at 130, with about 24% body fat and zero muscle shape. Numbers don't count as much as the actual look, and you should know this since you compete. I am very aware that I could have made much more progress. The reasons were many, one of them being lack of discipline in my younger days. That has been subsiding as of late.
I do care about what more experienced guys have to say. If any objective person goes to my thread, they will see some "big guys" simply jumping on the "your diet sucks" bandwagon and zero advice. Being polite and honest didn't work neither.
Even if some people wouldn't agree with me (opinions are like a***oles), I do like the muscle shape I currently have, and feel proud to look like I do at a light 161 pounds. Of course, I have goals, and I haven't reached mine yet. That's why I'm always looking to learn more, INCLUDING diet. But from there to saying a cycle won't work if you don't have the diet of Jay Cutler is simply funny.
I do agree that the keeping gains part may be the hardest of all. Gaining muscle with steroids is something I know I"m capable of doing big time when i BULK. My only real BULK was natural and it was fairly succesful. THe cycle I did last year and now was on a cutter, so even the muscle I gained in those were pretty good considering that.
This should probably be in Member's Pictures forum, but definitely not here.
We'd have to see more of you to determine that..... you're covering up in part of it. Also.... people hold bodyfat in different area's.....

Cannot help with your diet until you tell us your goal.
anybody else?
You really shouldn't be giving AAS advice in other threads!! Your around 8-13%.
+ or - 5%
Hey, everyone has to start somewhere. I wish my bf was that low. Of course, Im not there yet. I wanna be about 210 at about 8 or 9%bf but no one has every started out huge. Jay cutler was small at one time in his life, so was Dorian and a number of other bodybuilders. It's a journey, it takes a long time. Don't mess with him because he's not huge because most of you guys haven't always been huge either.
8% about is my guess.
why not just do a simple caliper test. It's not truly accurate but it's in the general ball park. You can get plastic calipers on ebay for a few bucks. As your body changes, the important thing is that the calipers will give your consistency in your reading. You can tell if you're going up or down in BF. Then you can adjust your diet as your BMI changes.
Im not sure if there is a backstory to this thread but if not lets try and be a little more mature perhaps?
Here's "smallnaturalbodybuilder"s back history post. He didn't like what experienced members had to say. And, he bumps for more opinions....
