iv'e been preparing myself for AAS for months now. I'm 23 (i know im young) i have been training since i was around sixteen, i have been playing football all my life and have always had a good diet and fitness routine, i'm not playign college ball anymore and want to get into body building. I feel like im reaching my muscular limit although i know it's not completely impossible to gain more naturally. i have two bottles of test e im itching to crack into and im ordering my pct supplies next week. here are my stats and training routine along with my diet.
Seven eggs (four whole, three whites)
one scoop whey
one cup oats
1 bannana
chicken breast sandwhich on whole wheat bun
hand fulls of mixed nuts
16 oz whole milk
two scoops whey
16oz milk
i bannana
two scoops whey in water
mixed with a high cal/carb mass supplement
two cans tuna,two slices wheat bread
steak or chickin usualy
sweet potato, veggies
cottage cheese with pineapple
mixed nuts and 20+oz of milk before bed
( i usualy go through half gallon of 2% reduced fat milk a day and 10oz of mixed nuts, two gallons of water)
