Starting a new cycle this week..

I'm thinking of starting a 12 week cycle of Decca/200mg and Test Cypionate/200mg. 3ml of the decca and 1.5ml of the cyp a week.

I have never had the cypionate before and dont know how different the gains will be off this compared to propionate. I've been told that test is test and the main difference between them is the half lifes depending on what the steroid is suspended in?

I just want other peoples opinions on the dosages and about nolvadex. Should I take nolvadex right through the cycle from the start?

IMO you are running deca too high compared to the test. 1.5ml of test c a week means you are only taking 300mg a week. I would bump it to 3ml to match the deca so you don't get deca dick and so you can reap the full benefits of the test.

Also you should cut the deca out 2 weeks before the test.... so like wk10. Nolvadex is not a proper pct. You should be taking Nolva for your PCT starting week 13.5 if you plan on running a 12 week test cycle. I would read up more on your cycle and pct, or post out what you think you want to run and we can work with you from there.

Stats would also help... age, ht, wt, cycle experience, diet, training experience.

And please do not! I repeat... DO NOT start this cycle without figuring everything out first and getting feedback from us. It sounds like you are new to this, and could be hurting yourself and wasting money if you don't do things right.

Thank you for your reply, I like to plan things very thoroughly.

I am 210 Pounds, 6ft 1 and have been training for about 3 years now. I train very hard and with very strict form. My diet consists of around 250g Protein a day and about 400g carbs mainly from chicken, beef, tuna and pasta and rice. The reason i didnt want to take too much cypionate is because it is very androgenic and i started to get a few spots on my last cycle (which was summer last year). Last cycle was 2ml decca and 3ml test propionate a week.

What would you suggest regarding the dosages? will 600mg of cypionate not induce harsh side effects?

600mg of test c will not induce harsh side effects, but everyone is different. IMO you will have harsher sides running deca higher than test.

I would run:
test c 600mg/wk 1-12
deca 500mg/wk 1-10

PCT starting wk 13.5
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

research AI and see if you will need it based on your gyno and bloating experiences

Ahh right i see! So if the cyp is upped to 600, 2 injections a week on a monday and thursday would be suitable yeah? Thats more gear than I am normally used to. Its only safe to inject about 2ml into any 1 muscle isn't it? so I would need 2 injections twice a week?


Monday - 2ml decca, 1.5ml cyp

Thursday - 2ml decca, 1.5ml cyp

Regarding the nolvadex, is there no benefit of taking say 20mg a day right from the start as a preventative measure or not?

2 inj a week is correct. I say you are good to go up to 3 ml a week in one muscle, but vets will say you can go way more. It's all in what you are comfortable with.

Monday 1.25ml deca and 1.5ml test c
thursday 1.25ml deca and 1.5ml test c

you will be fine waiting for pct... some run it in the begining to fight estrogen effects, but if you run an AI there is no need for nolva during cycle. And sorry for my first post, I thought you were talking about Novadex XT not actual nolva. I misread.
