I am on my way with TRT have not nailed the final doses yet but it will be around 200-300mg test cyp per week not sure of the HCG yet and hopefully add something for some real bad joint pain,as a side benefit to the therapy what can I expect in the gym?
Currently I am 6'4 48 years old about 240lb 25%BF and going down, 3 months ago it was about 30%,I have been on a very strick diet 250-300g protein, 125 carb, 30fat whey protein BCAA's glutimine creatine daily.Hit the gym hard and have noticed some good gains everywhere, so the question is:
I am not looking for the hulk look but definately am interested in seeing what I can do with TRT maybe adding something to help me along, any kind words of advice or what I realisticaly could expect.
