Whats going on everyone? Well im here looking to expand my knowledge, and hopefully be pointed in the right direction. Im currently deployed to a sandbox with some free time to hit the gym. I am currently 6'5 and way overweight, by about 50lbs. I weigh 276lbs and am looking to cut up and drop bodyfat. I have tried all the fatburners with a good workout and diet, but nothing seems to work for me.
I now am on a very strict diet, as soon as i take my pt test i will begin hitting the gym again 5-6 days a week, high intensity training / crossfit and lifting. I am pretty strong as is just got way to much fat around the mid section, im 25 years old and my family has a huge history of heart attacks, cancer ect so i need to kick my self in the right direction to being healthy.
My diet is simple
immediately after wake up 1 scoop whey
cardio: 1 hour mix of sprints, slow jogs, and elliptical.
breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs and 1 apple (if the chow hall has it)
snack: protein shake
lunch: chicken breast or fish and lots of vegetables
pre workout: 1 scoop whey, 5 g creatine
post workout: same as pre
dinner: usually same as lunch.
Im strongly considering adding 40-50mg of Winstrol to help kick me down in body fat and motivate the shit out of me. Im fat but i can still run, just ran 3.5 miles in 25min on pavement in the sandbox (HOT) thats me everyone I will be posting about taking winstrol in another forum any advice please message me or reply
