    In need of guidance on Winstrol and fat loss!!!!!!

    Hello everyone

    Im 6'5 276lbs 27% body fat mainly on upperbody.

    Diet and workout:
    After wake up: 1 scoop whey
    Cardio: 1 hour of a mix of eliptical, and sprints on treadmill sprint 1/4mile walk 1/4mile at highest incline and 3.5mph for 2-3miles
    breakfast: 1 scoop whey 2 hard boiled eggs 1 apple
    snack: almonds or whey 1 scoop
    lunch: 6 oz chicken breast or 1 fish, lots of greens and vegetables
    pre workout: 1scoop whey, 5g creatine
    post workout: 1scoop whey, 1 scoop casin, 5g creatine
    dinner: same as lunch
    pre bed: 1scoop casin

    My workouts consist of, with Abs every other day in the morning after cardio
    Arms
    Back
    Chest
    Shoulders
    Legs

    4x15 reps, 30seconds rest no more, and supersets on abs.

    Again im looking to just drop body fat maintain strength and endurance, sometimes i mix in crossfit. I am looking into taking my first cycle of Winstrol, will this help accelerate my progress? I am no newb to weight training and dieting, im deployed currently and have no distractions to keep me from my goals. My workouts vary, and diet varys if on missions. Any guidance/ help? Im triyng to keep my intake around 2700 calories or less.

    Hey Jack
    My brother is a bigger guy as well and I know that he had the best results from first cutting 60 lbs with diet and exercise, and then using steroids.
    Winstrol will help you loose some fat but I suggest you diet and cardio HARD for 4 months before you use steroids. Just my opinion... others may disagree.

    I did not read your height lol.... I just read your weight and assumed you were obese.

    Get your training and diet down before you use any steroids. Wait until you hit a plateau.. and then blast through it with anabolics!

    I have used winstrol... I liked anavar better.

    thanks for the reply, do you have experience with winnie? I have been dieting and doing cardio almost everyday my body is just freaking stubburn. I am in the infantry, we do alot of running everyday for PT and i try and go to the gym in the afternoons to help out, i dont believe im at that number as stated before. But thats what my nutritionist said back in november i was around 290 before. But isnt the basics, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn? So it would benefit to try a cycle, i wont lose a godly amount of fat but isnt is safe to say i would lose more with it and my diet and cardio, than without?

    I used winstrol alone before but I don't think it was quality product. I used some really good anavar a few years ago. I was 5' 9 160lbs before the cycle and after 2 months I was 165 lbs but really shredded. I could bench 275 lbs for 3 reps at 165lbs. I would imagine that if you used winstrol... you would gain 5-10 lbs of quality mass and drop body fat.

    You could try winstrol with something like clenbuteral. That could be beneficial.

    yeah i have been reading up on that, seems like its commonly used with winstrol, how does this combo affect your heart rate? I do alot of dismounting and clearing operations with a shit ton of weight and i dont want to drop of a heart attack out there lol

    I have done clen before on its own at 50 mcg a day. I have never used it in combination with steroids. I personally did not like it on its own (may have been a different story if i was using it with juice). It made my hands shake like crazy and I felt cracked out. Sometimes I would be falling asleep... but right before i would fall asleep i would get thease crazy brain seizure things.. i have never felt anything like it... i would feel a ringing in my head and it would start amplifying and my brain felt like it was going to erupt from the intense ringing. Very weird.

    ok i have read the only reason to start a cycle on low body fat is to reduce the chance of turning it into estrogen, but since winstrol doesnt have estrogen produceing capabilities am i good?

    your body is too weak for steroids right now. Without strengthening your joints for a while first you could injure yourself doing aas.
    I know this isnt what you want to hear, but it will be better for you if you lose 50 lbs first, get your diet and training regimen down to a science, THEN start looking into what you can do to supplement it.

    yeah i understand winny doesn't burn fat, im just trying to gain knowledge here guys so dont take this the wrong way, since winny adds lean muscle mass, and the more muscle mass you have the more fat your burn. So in turn wouldn't cycling winny actually help? If im wrong here just do me a solid and explain why.

    This was the best respond to your post.....get your body ready for AAS first, right now you have an old beat up pick up truck and your asking about $400 racing tires for it.....doesn't make sense!!!

    Now there is an amazing feature here called the "search" button......use and look around....maybe looking at some mild thermos.....ECA stack, etc....

    You have to many shakes in your diet and you need to redesign it again to suit your goals. You don't need AAS or anything else at this stage all you need is to put in some hard work with your cardio program and dieting, you should start seeing improvements straight away if you attacks this right, do cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach and replace your shakes with food.
    No AAS just hard work!!

    right guys, i have been doing searches im not a novice in the gym, just the army restricts what i can do for PT when im in garrison, now that im deployed thats all out the window. I have posted my diet with more detail under the diet section, im going to attack this all natural for the rest of the year, minus a few shakes and creatine and see where this gets me. Its going to be hard to replace my snack shakes with food, the best i can do is maybe hardboiled eggs or almonds. My DFAC is only open during certin hours.
