hey peeps,
iv been reading up on things and would like if someone could give an example of a full cycle pre - during and post cycle
i notice that before you start anything you need to know the info - and as i said iv been trying to read up (and wont start till i know mostly everything)
note: i am around 65-70kg atm not 100% cuz my scale is a bit old and i am roughly 170-175cm - and i haven't a clue how to work out my BF% iv googled around and i dont think this is right but calculators there given me 9%-20% so i canceled that out so i might go to the doc and see the proper way and then post up a proper reading, though i am in okay-good shape with some muscle on me and i have what looks like abs :P - also in addition i would like to get bigger etc due to the fact i would like to start some sort of MMA or boxing and also i admit to look good with the whole build thing - nothing overkill though i would post some pics of decent sizes i would like to be like but that seems a bit gay for me to do lol
first off a diet - i have figured out what my goal is going to be (wanting to lose the fat i have and just get some muscle mass and get "bigger and toned up") i will be consulting a doctor soon to check if they can also help me out with this and some other things awell
pre cycle - for know all i know is probably controlling gyno levels (but im not 100% on what actually to take for this and if i should do it pre-during or post cycle
during cycle - again not sure on what to take but i have come across some "mass stack pack" on a site that sells it (will not mention any site names due to rules) but the pack includes : D-anabol 25 ; Deca 200 ; 1 Tren 75 - all capsules/pills 90 for each and possibly pGH (not sure if its needed or what). also im not sure 100% on the dosage amounts through the cycle or how many weeks i should be on it (but i have read that cycles are best kept to 8 weeks) //edit - btw i have asked a question to the sellers of that stack pack there and have told me the dosage amount - will post soon when my email is working out.
post cycle - again iv read that this is just as important as anything else up there and again i don't know what to use.
as you can probably see i sorta have the basics in mind and im on some sort of right track (please tell me if im going the wrong way though) also im not 100% read up and educated on all the info (iv been trying to take it all in + with stuffed up internet atm isn't helping)
