Does anyone notice when they are on aas their skin gets very red, almost looks irratated and you burn alot easier and quicker when exposed to sunlight"?????????

The skin on my chest is very very red. when I touch and apply pressure it turns white and then goes right back to red.

I recall this happening my last cycle as well.

Ive never heard of that. Maybe your allergic to something or you have high blood pressure.

so its a couple hours later,
I took some ephedrine/caffine
worked out
came home and now my skin has cooled down BIG TIME
