My suggestion is that you eat more calories. When I first started weight lifting I was 23, 6'3" 180lbs with a very fast metabolism. I had to eat 5500 calories a day and slam lots of sets in the gym daily to put on muscle. I was stuffing myself 6 times a day and I remember many times having to wash the last bite down with water or I was gonna throw up. You need to figure out how to add more muscle with diet before you start juicin IMHO.

You should know that your endocrine system doesn't fully mature until about age 25. AAS is really hard on your endo system. Your endo might not recover even with PCT. Then you're on TRT for the rest of your life. It's a long shot but something to think about.

thanks for the feedback, yeh ur probably right with the calories, but i play sport most afternoons so what ever calories i get i usually burn em off. I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. Yeh deffinetly 63kg, weighed my myself monday nite and i was 61kg, no1 believes me that i weigh that much cause i train with guys that look like me but have at least 15kg on me. maybe hollow bones i dunno. By the feedback roids arnt a go and should just eat more....... or maybe just was meant to have a big build. appreciate the help anyway.

Hmm.. three times a week isnt gonna be enough to make progress past where you are especially with your body type. Ectomorphs need to do more weight training than the average Mesomorph.

I train twice a day 6 days a week to keep the muscle I have. Took me a while to figure that out too. If you're only goin 3 times a week I can see why you wouldnt be making any gains.

I would say start lifting more and start eating like you wanna get fat. Not MickyDs or anything but sit down and eat two chicken breasts and a plate full of rice for dinner or 6 eggs, two cups of yogurt, a whole cup and 1/2 of oatmeal, and a couple glasses of milk for breakfast. That alone is around 1200 calories And eat like that 4 to 5 times a day and thow in two mass gainer shakes. I personally love Up Your Mass. It tastes great, has very little fat or sugar, three kinds of protein (including soy which is good for you as long as you arent eating just soy), and the carbs are from oats and barley. That will definately put weight on you. Whether its fat or muscle depends on how hard you hit the gym. Also, a high calorie diet will slow down your metabolism which will help too.

Check out A Scientific Approach to Bodybuilding too. Great read.
