Hey how's it going? Me and my brother have seriously been considering doing a cycle but we would love some advice. I am 5 10 and about 220. I have been working out on and off for about 15 yrs. My BF I dont know. were both naturally strong and have had pretty good success so far but would like to know what you would suggest for guy's like us.. I would like to drop some fat. but retain muscle. hopefully gain some more strength.. My brother on the other hand is about 5 9 180 and pretty lean and muscular so I assume we would be taking different cycles? any help is appreciated..
