first cycle PCT help

i got all my gear and im ready do use it, i just need help on timing my PCT.
ill be injecting 500ml of sus250 weekly for 9 weeks then on week 6 threw 10 ill inject winny.
i have clomid and nolv on hand, i just dont know when i should start using them. any suggestions?

I think sust's halflife is 15days. Start pct 2 weeks after your last injection of sust. That will run along nicely with your winny in wk 10. So wk 11 start PCT

do you know the pct dosing?

and I think you meant 500mg of sust not 500ml

so no clomid or nolv while on cycle? will this put me at risk of gyno during my cycle?
not too familer with the PCT dosing.

I don't run either during cycle... I run an AI dosed at .25mg eod to combat bloat and gyno.

Use clomid and nolva for pct dosed at:
Nolva 40/20/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50

that is week 11(mg per day)/week 12(mg per day)/week 13(mg per day)/ week 14(mg per day)

so even if someone was prone to getting gyno they would be fine on my cycle?
i just know you cant reverse gyno and i dont know how fast gyno can occur, 11 weeks is a long time. that's my only concern.

I would run a pct like this
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50

But everyone is different and everyone runs pct differently. As far as running it while on cycle yeah save your pct for after the cycle that why its a pct, but I just started my cycle of 500mg of test e a week for 12 weeks and if any gyno starts to show its ugly little face I will throw in nolva to combat it and keep it in check.

If your gyno prone then you might get it and will need something to keep it in check. And actually you can reverse gyno its just that it works better for some more then others. Do a search for gyno reversal and they have a few methods some which use nolva which I will be using if it appears. Just look out for tender nipples, itchy, or puffy then you know you are getting it and jump on something to stop it on its tracks.

Yes it can hold back your gains a bit but would you rather have gained 10 lbs of solid muscle or 20lbs of muscle and trade in your tank tops in for a nice D cup bra!?

oh lol thats stuff when i joined. my stats are different now and i know alot more. that's when i started researching.
