i am about to start a tes cycle next week. i was wondering the best schedule for it. i plan to do a winstrol next as well. any tips would help. im 5 10 202 lbs. i have the diet down and the workouts. im fakinb right now around 2800 calories a day. i want to gain muscle but should i do a short high cycle or long cycle. Any xuggestions would be great.
