My legs have always lagged a little behind my upper body in size but not in strength. I've for the past few months been following a similar style workout to the one below and have noticed some size, but was just wondering from the experts view if I may need to tweak it a bit to maximize growth...
Squats - 225 x 10, 275 x 8, 315 x 6, 365 x 2
Leg Press - 360 x 12, 540 x 8, 720 x 3 (gonna lower weight to increase reps)
Deadlifts - 135 x 12, 225 x 10, 315 x 8
Lunges - 115 x 8, 135 x 8, 155 x 8
Sissy Squat - (bodyweight, first time doing them) 12, 12, 12
Single Leg Extensions - 80 x 12, 90 x 12
Single Leg Curl - 80 x 12, 90 x 12
I try to keep my sets around 20 for legs, and switch out some exercises for others but this was my most recent one. Again, as far as tweaking because I'm sure I'll need to, should I adjust volume, reps, sets?
